It has been shown that exercising with a group can lower your Perceived Exertion Level, making it not only easier, but more FUN.
NEWTS Small Group Personal Training is ideal for 2-4 people who want organized, systematic, and effective workouts delivered under the guidance of an experienced, qualified coach. Make no mistake, NEWTS Small Group Personal Training is REAL, EFFECTIVE STRENGTH TRAINING. Please be advised that this is NOT your typical dancing and/or jumping around with relatively light weights. Effective Strength Training is the critical component of an exercise program that will deliver the dramatic and long lasting changes you are looking for in your health, appearance, and performance.
NEWTS will work with your group to help you select the specific types of group training that align with not only your goals, but also individual likes and dislikes. There are many variations possible for these types of workouts, but we have carefully defined 5 general strength training workouts that will be tweaked to your specific group. You get to choose which workout you attend.
Your group will select one of the following "Days" for a 60-75 minute exhilarating workout session:

"Doubles" (2 Participants) and Small Group Training (3-4 Participants) is a more cost effective solution than 1-on-1 Personal Training. Current costs will be quoted upon request. - Day TWO: Chest and Back
- Day THREE: Hams and Core
- Day FOUR: Shoulders and Arms
- Day FIVE: Squat - Push - Pull
NEWTS Small Group Personal Training is a fun and exciting way to

- plug a "shock" day into your current strength or cardio routine,
- or gain specific skills that can sometimes be learned quicker in a group setting.
