I have been working out for approximately 6 years and in 2013 I came to realize that I needed some good coaching and personal training. I was going to the gym 5-6 days a week at Edge 24 Hour Private Fitness in Dracut and I seemed to have reached some difficult plateaus I just could not get past. Now, I have known Paul for quite a long time now. One day, I saw a sign in the gym about personal training. So, I asked Paul if this was him and he said "It sure is!". I said, "I would like to set up some sessions", 8 to be exact. Before I knew it, I was on my way.
